Bio

I was born in Quito, Ecuador but have called Victoria home for over 33 years.

Together with my wife and colleague Dr.Jane O’Halloran N.D. we have raised four boys and run the Fairfield Health and Wellness Clinic, formerly The Fairfield Naturopathic and Acupuncture Clinic. The clinic has been serving the community since 1986.

My personal philosophy in health care is that each person is an individual and thus should be treated as such.  I have dedicated my life's work to attempt to get the root cause of the process we call disease.
